What is minoxidil powder?
Minoxidil, chemical name “2,4-Pyrimidinediamine, 6-(1-piperidinyl)-, 3-oxide”, is odorless white or offwhite powder, slightly soluble in ethanol and chloroform, hardly soluble in water.
